We are currently looking for a Residential Support Worker at Hedens Care Center in Bollnäs. We offer training and a developmental job where you make a difference! The position is an hourly and summer temporary role.

What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It involves supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Hedens Care Center Hedens Care Center is a residential care facility (HVB) and special housing (SoL) for people with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided into six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.
About the role As a Residential Support Worker, you start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other colleagues, you work towards the goal of making the day meaningful and content-rich. You support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, social contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, and night shifts (awake night).
You will have a group manager close by in the operation. This can also be a future career opportunity for you.

We prefer that you are trained as a nurse assistant. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
